Problem for Consumer: -Price: price of organic products is more expensive than those with chemicals, most consumers choose the lower price which contain chemicals and therefore they consume the chemical products leading to a problem here.
· Health: Since consumers consume chemical products, this leads to various risks of health such as skin cancer.
· Lack of knowledge: Some consumers don’t have knowledge on the impact of certain chemicals listed on the product, so they consume those products without knowing the effects. For example, there may be a 0.5% of certain chemicals and they think that it is very little so they don’t mind and consume them. Problem for CEO: The chemicals in the cosmetics are small enough to be harmful. The reason why the products are still on the shelf is they meet the standard made by government.
